Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

unopened

unused
-
in their original sealed packaging
-
in the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic lenses cannot be returned. These items are considered final sale.
Final Sale Items
All products in our Final Sale collection cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any cosmetic lenses where the blister pack has been opened or the seal has been broken.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly sent. If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order.
